How to Delete Your Account in WorkBook

If you wish to delete your account, follow the steps below. Please note that account deletion is "permanent" after a 7-day grace period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the WorkBook app by following these steps:

1. Open the WorkBook app.
2. Go to My Profile.
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.

After initiating the deletion, your account will remain in a pending state for 7 days. You can cancel the deletion within this period.

What happens when I delete my account?

Once you delete your account:

• Your profile and all associated data will be "scheduled for deletion".
• You will "lose access" to your account and its services.
• Your data will be permanently deleted after 7 days.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

Yes, you can recover your account "within 7 days" by canceling the deletion request:

1. Open the "WorkBook" app.
2. Go to My Profile.
3. Select Settings.
4. You will see an option to "Cancel Account Deletion".
5. Confirm to cancel the deletion process.

After 7 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted, and recovery will not be possible.
